- The Sauce You Never Knew You Needed -
The story dates back to World War II, when tomatoes became scarce in the Philippines, but bananas were abundant.
Maria Orosa, a Filipino food technologist, developed a ketchup-like condiment using mashed bananas, vinegar, sugar, and spices as an alternative to tomato ketchup.

Fast forward to 2012, Self taught Chef Giovan (Gio) Cuchapin, updated the ketchup using natural ingredients with the goal of introducing this hidden gem to the masses.
Our Spicy Banana Ketchup is a versatile sauce that has some sweet with a little heat.Â
It works well with a wide range of foods such as: french fries, fried chicken, eggs, egg rolls, tacos, kolaches, pizza, marinades or anything needing that wow factor.
